Automation One Business Systems Inc. was founded in 1981 to market Ricoh photocopiers and facsimile systems.

As the longest established Ricoh authorized dealer in Western Canada, Automation One has rapidly grown to one of the largest document and imaging solution dealers in Canada. Along with our rapid growth, Automation One has also been recognized as Canon Canada fastest growing dealer. Always striving to provide the best document and imaging solutions, Automation One is also a Lexmark and Samsung authorized dealer. In 2010, we became an authorized dealer of Francotyp Postalia mailing solutions; providing new and existing clientele with the largest and most innovative selection in today’s market place.

Automation One is locally owned and operated out of our centralized office in Vancouver and truly understand the ever changing demands of the West Coast market place.
